Don Smith
Don Smith is a program manager in the patterns & practices where he focuses on application architecture, software factories, Web services and most recently, data access guidance. He has been involved in Web service security guidance and on the teams that built and released of all 3 versions of the Web Service Software Factory. He was a field development consultant for his first 5 years at Microsoft and has continued to be a huge customer advocate in his 4 years with p&p.

Grigori Melnik
Dr. Grigori Melnik is a Senior Program Manager in the patterns & practices group at Microsoft. His primary focus these days is Microsoft Enterprise Library and Software Testing Guidance projects. Prior to that, Grigori was a researcher, software engineer, and university professor with over fifteen years of industrial and research experience. Grigori is a regular contributor to software conferences around the world. His areas of expertise include agile methods, empirical software engineering, software testing, and software reuse. Grigori is a member of the IEEE Software Advisory board.

Ajoy Krishnamoorthy is a Lead Product Planner for Microsoft patterns and practices group. In this role, he focuses on the business strategy and in planning the areas of investments for p&p. Prior to taking this role, Ajoy worked as a senior product manager for Microsoft Visual Studio Team System. In this role, Ajoy was responsible for product management, strategy and marketing for Microsoft’s enterprise development platform with specific focus on VSTS process offering and worldwide process partners. He has over 10 years of consulting experience playing variety of roles including developer, architect and technical project manager.
